The minimum quantity that you can order is 10 pieces per design, size, and color. If you order in bulk then it will save money.

We deliver the patches within 14 days after the order is placed. If you are urgent then be sure to inform us.

We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express. You can provide your information safely through our order form.

In the case of a government or public school, we can accept a purchase order with a minimum balance of $200.00. We also accept checks as payment but orders will be placed after receiving the check.

We do not charge shipping charges for orders delivered in the USA. However, we charge sales tax to Florida because there is our corporate office is located.

Yes, we can ship to an APO. There are minimal charges for shipping and handling to do that.

We use poly-cotton blended twill as the background fabric for embroidered patches. The threads are made of 100% rayon.

When you apply it properly to the fabric, the iron-on backing is relatively durable and good for 20-30 washes. Although we recommend a hot cut border if iron is applied to the patches.

Tape backing is a peel and sticks backing that is best for temporary use like a trade show or a weekend event. Our recommendation is a hot-cut border for patches with tape backing.

Yes, we have a graphic art department that will create a full-color proof for your review and approval.

Once you will send the approval to proceed, we will charge your credit card and place the order at our factory.

Due to the inherent nature of patches, they hold absolutely no value for anyone other than the person ordering them. Because of this, we must require payment at the time of the order.

If you have vectored art in a .ai, .eps or .psd file, we would prefer to work with that, however, we can accept the most common type of files, such as .jpg, .png, .gif, .doc, and .pdf to name a few.

If you do not like the proof that we send you, you can request whatever changes that we need to make and we will gladly revise the proof to your satisfaction. We do not charge for any proofs or revisions.

Yes, we can, however, the minimum size of the patch would depend on the level of detail in the design.
